The PSIA and AASI board of directors is conducting a strategic planning process and is seeking member comment before the upcoming board meeting this coming May. The process involves identifying global trends that may have an impact on your association, using these trends as a basis for identifying strategic issues, and prioritizing which strategic issues to address. This page contends a list of environmental trends identifies through research and discussion, a brief paper on how to define a strategic issue, and a draft list of strategic issues with proposed priorities. The board is inviting you to comment on these issues via the member forum and take advantage of the opportunity to feed directly into the association planning process.
