AASI Snowboard Team

Born and raised in snowboarding’s dirty south, KC rode for 13 seasons and taught for seven at Massanutten, Virginia. Currently, K.C. shreds at Okemo, Vermont where he is a snowboard school staff trainer. KC digs grinding rails, boosting in the pipe, roving glades and exploring new jibbertunites.

Friends say KC is housebroken, yet is still trainable, but sometimes licks and jumps when excited. He loves to meet new people and see new places, no matter how big or small. Enthusiastic and determined, KC proudly represents the Eastern Division Examiner Training Squad -- "East Siiide!" KC raised all the cash needed to attend the National Team Tryouts through fundraisers such as bake sales and wiener roasts.

KC likes friends, goofing off and eating. Yet dislikes anything that disrespects others or attitude for the sake of attitude.

KC's vision for the future of AASI is to move! "In clinics or lessons, we should ride 85% of the time or more. We should have everyone remember that we are snowboarders first and instructors second and that our guests are snowboarders first and students second! We also need to let the industry know who we are and what we are about."
